These terms govern your use of inklawclothing.com and every purchase you make from Inklawclothing. Please read them before you order.

1. General conditions

Inklawclothing runs an online, made-to-order shop. This is an agreement between you and Inklawclothing. Using the site, or ordering from it, counts as acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy. Buyers must be old enough to sign a contract where they live, or have a parent or guardian take part in the order.

2. An independent shop

Inklawclothing operates independently. No other clothing brand, past or present, owns, sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with this shop, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting that one does.

3. Products and orders

• Items are printed after your order is placed. Product images are mockups; the finished print can differ a little in placement or tone.
• Our order confirmation email is the point at which a contract exists. We can refuse an order before it ships, for instance over a price or listing mistake, suspected fraud, or an address no carrier can reach; a refused order is refunded in full.
• You are responsible for choosing your size. Please check the product page and our Size Guide first.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; orders already placed keep the price paid. Payment in full is taken at checkout through an option listed on our Payment Methods page, and shipping charges are visible before you confirm. Any sales tax that applies appears at checkout ahead of payment. Deliveries outside the United States can incur import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy sets out printing times, transit times, rates and carriers. Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; they are not promises.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Changes and cancellations before printing are governed by the Cancellation & Changes Policy. Reprints and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Earlier stores on this web address

A different, unrelated seller used the inklawclothing.com address before we acquired it. Gift cards, discount codes, store credit, account balances and any other benefits issued by a store that previously operated on this address are not valid here and cannot be applied at checkout. We cannot accept orders, returns or warranty claims for purchases made from such a store.

8. Intellectual property

You need our written permission to copy or reuse the Inklawclothing name, logo, or the words, artwork, photos and page design we produced for this site. Third-party names and marks mentioned here belong to the companies or people who own them. To raise an infringement concern, follow our DMCA Reports procedure or email [email protected]; each report is reviewed.

9. User conduct

Use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt how it works, try to reach data you are not entitled to, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or place fraudulent orders.

10. Limits on liability

As far as the law permits, we supply the site and our products “as is”. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental and consequential loss, and for any order-related claim our liability stops at the amount paid for that order. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived are unaffected.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them, fall under applicable U.S. federal law and the law of the state where Inklawclothing is registered to do business; conflict-of-law principles that would substitute a different jurisdiction’s law do not apply. Talk to us before anything else, as most issues end with an email or two. If a disagreement cannot be settled that way, it will be decided only by the state or federal courts of the state in which Inklawclothing is registered to do business; this does not remove any right your local law gives you to sue at home.

12. Updates

These terms can change over time. An order is bound by the version, with its effective date, displayed here when you placed it.
