Shipping Policy
Every Inklawclothing order is printed after checkout and then handed to a carrier with tracking. This page holds every delivery figure we use: printing time, transit, rates, carriers and the rules for parcels sent abroad.
How the estimate is built
Your delivery estimate is two lines added together: printing time + carrier transit = expected total.
- Printing time
- Our partner prints, finishes and packs the item. The count begins once payment is confirmed.
- Carrier transit
- From the carrier’s first scan until the parcel reaches your address.
- Business day
- Monday to Friday. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are left out of every count on this page.
- Daily cutoff
- 1:00 PM Eastern Time. An order paid after the cutoff starts its count on the next business day.
The delivery table
The same figures apply to every item in the catalog.
| Address | Production | Carrier transit | Expected total | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 2–4 business days | 4–8 business days | 6–12 business days | $6.99 for one item; every extra item adds $3.00 |
| All other countries | 2–4 business days | 12–22 business days | 14–26 business days | $15.00 for one item; every extra item adds $6.00 |
On the printing side, allow 2–4 business days. The carrier then needs 4–8 business days for a United States address, or 12–22 business days for any other country we serve. You will also find a dated estimate on every product page. These figures are estimates rather than promises; busy carrier seasons and bad weather sometimes stretch them.
What shipping costs
We charge shipping per item:
- Delivery to a U.S. address costs $6.99 for one item; every extra item adds $3.00.
- Delivery anywhere else costs $15.00 for one item; every extra item adds $6.00.
Your cart’s exact shipping total is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Carriers and tracking
Within the United States we use USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by item and address. Parcels for other countries travel with an international postal or courier service, with the local post office of the destination country usually handling the final delivery. When your parcel leaves production we email the tracking number, which you can follow on the carrier’s site or on our order tracking page. A freshly issued number can take 24–48 hours before the first scan appears.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to every other country offered in the checkout list. We cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or Ukraine, and checkout does not offer those destinations.
Customs and duties abroad
Parcels leaving the United States are sent DDU, short for Delivered Duties Unpaid. Any import duty, VAT or customs fee raised by the receiving country is paid by the recipient on arrival. Our prices and shipping rates do not include these charges.
Before you order
- Check the address
- Parcels go wherever checkout says. Spotted a typo? Write to us inside the first 6 hours after checkout. If a carrier returns a parcel because of a faulty or partial address, the second shipment is charged again.
- P.O. boxes and military addresses
- Our carriers need a street address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses; if one is entered, we email you for a street address before printing.
- Orders in more than one parcel
- Items in a single order can be printed at different partner sites. They may then arrive on different days, each under its own tracking number.
- Late or missing parcels
- If tracking stalls, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, let us know within 30 days after your estimate’s final date. The Returns & Refunds Policy explains what follows.
