Your piece is printed after you pay, so the wait has two parts: the days we spend printing and packing it, then the days the carrier spends bringing it to you. Only business days are counted; weekends and U.S. federal holidays are skipped. Orders paid after 1:00 PM Eastern Time start on the following business day.

Inside the U.S. we ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Parcels sent abroad go out on a DDU basis, meaning any duty, VAT or customs fee is billed to the recipient by their own country. Every detail sits on our Shipping Policy page.
- Changing your mind early
- Edits and cancellations are free for 6 hours after you pay, provided the item has not reached the printer yet.
- What we put right
- A flawed print, a piece damaged in transit, a wrong item or a parcel lost on the way. Report it within 30 days of delivery; for a lost parcel, the count starts once its delivery estimate has run out. You choose the fix: a fresh reprint at no charge or a full refund.
- Opening a claim
- Email the order number with one sharp photo of the issue to [email protected]. A person on our team answers within 24 business hours and resolves the claim in 2–3 business days.
- When the money lands
- We return the money to the original card or PayPal balance; it normally shows up within 5–10 business days.
- Outside the policy
- Because each item is made for a single order, we cannot accept returns for a change of heart, for a size picked without the size guide, or for pieces that have been worn or laundered.
